I am a passionate Career Transition and Personal Development Coach, Talent Expert and Workforce Futurist. I have literally helped hundreds of people reimagine their relationship with work throughout my 30 year career. I absolutely love seeing the transformation and personal growth that unfolds when someone's mind opens up to new ways of thinking and being. Each and every one of us has unique talents and gifts. I believe that we all deserve to realise our full potential, live healthy, creative and productive lives.

I work with forward thinking leaders, start-up founders, young (and young at heart) career changers who want to make a difference in the world and find meaning in the work that they do. As a highly experienced and accredited executive coach, my coaching style leverages the latest in heart based leadership practice, behavioural science and experiential learning. 

Through my own career development journey, I saw a growing and unmet need in traditional career coaching services.  After an extensive corporate career in senior leadership roles including sales, change management, human resources and organisational development, I became restless. I longed for a different type of career so in 2015, I became the founder of Human Art. 

Along with a few high powered consulting and contracting gigs,  I have been providing tailored career and executive coaching experiences that have helped my clients exceed their goals, taking their careers and their personal lives to new heights.
